Question: What is the advantage of the Mr. Steam Club Therapy Steam Generator over the larger Mr.Steam Commercial Generator?
Answer: The Mr.Steam CT Steam Generator is less costly and durable enough for a day spa or hotel which the generator will be used a few times a day.  The larger Mr.Steam CU Steam Generator unit is designed more for steam rooms that are on all day like a busy health club. 

Question: Although the Mr.Steam CT Steam Generator has a 60 minute timer can it be used in back to back sessions?
Answer: Yes, the Mr.Steam CT Steam Generator does turn off automatically after 60 minutes but if you are not done with a session or you have another session pending you just turn the unit back on for another 60 minutes.  There is no down time.

Question: How do I size a Club Therapy steam generator?
Answer: Mainly steam generator sizes are determined by cubic volume but other factors like choice of tile and exterior walls will influence size. You can view sizing calculators on website or speak with a consultant for assistance.

Question: What is the purpose of the autoflush?
Answer: The autoflush insures that the unit’s reservoir will be drained after each use.  This will limit corrosion and most likely lengthen the life of the generator.

Question: Who installs the Mr.Steam steam generators?
Answer: Any licensed plumber or HVAC contractor can do the install w/the assistance of an electrician.

Question: Can we use aromatherapy with the Mr. Steam CT steam generators?
Answer: Both of our brands have steam heads that you can put aromatherapy oils onto.  Mr. Steam also sells an Aromatherapy Pump.

Question: Do you hook up cold or hot water to the steam generator?
Answer: Either will work but hot water is going to produce steam quicker so it is the preferred way to hook up a generator.
