Question: Why is the Laatu infrared saunas priced higher than many of the other infrared saunas I have seen advertised?
Answer: The Laatu infrared sauna is the original design offered by Saunatec and they are made here in the United States. They are not mass produced, they are built upon order. These saunas are framed and there are no glues used.

Question: How is steel rod infrared different from the Carbonflex or ceramic infrared?
Answer: Unlike ceramic and carbon emitters, the steel rod emitter relies on reflectors to broaden it's light range.

Question: Do you have any endorsements from Doctors or Experts for your infrared sauna products?
Answer: We do not use endorsements because there are financial arrangements that are expected through the affiliation. Most doctors are tied to that product financially just like all sauna dealers/manufacturers are tied financially to the saunas that they sell/make. We believe that a true endorsement should be done by an outside agency that has no link to the product and has done testing on competing products. That would make it a true non-biased endorsement. If endorsements are important to you, you should ask for a statement in writing that there is not financial gain by the third party.

Question: Is infrared harmful to your health?
Answer: Infrared is a safe and common way to transfer heat. Infrared is how the sun heats the earth; it has been used to keep newborn babies warm; and will not cause any harm when used in the infrared sauna application.
