Answer: It is recommended that a licensed electrician hook up an electric sauna heater because it is hard wired. The sauna heaters do not plug into standard outlets.

Answer: The 120 volt heaters still have to be hard wire. We recommend ordering it in 220 volts because its more efficient and pulls less amps than the 120 volt.

Question: How much rocks come with the Saunatime sauna heater. |
Answer: The Saunatime comes with 200 lbs of Vulcanite sauna stones.

Question: Are controls for sauna heaters interchangeable between brands. |
Answer: The manufacturers will not support and/or warranty the controls if they are used with a different manufacturers sauna heater.
